- Hold a walkathon or readathon in your school
- Shave your boss’ head and ask for donations
- Organise a dinner or gala event with music and dance
You can find our handy fundraising pack here. It’s full of great tips and ideas! We’ve also included some background information, photographs and Blue Dragon logos to help you plan your event and let your guests know a little bit more about the work we do.
We encourage you to contact us before you organise an event and also to check the laws of your state or country with regard to raising funds. If you live in Australia, an easy way to get support for your fundraising event is to use the website Gofundraise.
What others have done
Schools often have innovative and fun ways to raise money for Blue Dragon!

Individuals have been creative as well

- A church group in Australia held a trivia night to raise funds for Blue Dragon.
- Kellogg, Brown and Root, an engineering and construction firm working in Vietnam, encouraged staff to pledge donations, then matched the donations dollar for dollar.
